Refund Policy

At SUDFA, all sales are final once payment is made at delivery.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns if the customer changes their mind after the order has been delivered and paid for.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only provided if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

The issue must be reported within [24–48] hours of delivery.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are paid by cash at the time of delivery. Once payment is completed, the order is considered accepted.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging unless the item was damaged on arrival.
